A one-day quiz titled “KONRAD 2026” was organized on 08 January 2026 at Dr. Anil Kakodkar Hall No. 1, College Building by the Department of Radio-Diagnosis of BKL Walawalkar Rural Medical College.
The program was conducted for MBBS Batch 2022–2023, with a total participation of 223 students. Faculty involvement included 15 faculty participants , along with other supporting staff.
The session was led by Dr. Ninad Naphade (Professor), Dr. Anand Gajakos (Professor), and Dr. Netaji Patil (Assistant Professor). Following a formal inauguration, the quiz focused on the current scenario in radiology practice, emphasizing case-based problem solving and systematic diagnostic approaches. Recent advances and their applications in radiology were also discussed, enhancing students’ understanding and clinical reasoning skills.
Overall, the quiz proved to be an interactive and academically enriching activity, encouraging active participation and improving knowledge in radiological case interpretation among undergraduate students.
