On the occasion of the Ganesh Festival, the Sant Sitarambuwa Walawalkar Charitable Trust organised a welfare initiative for needy members of the community by providing cooking oil and sugar at subsidised rates.
Under the initiative, approximately 750 needy people benefited from the distribution. The programme was aimed at extending financial support to families and ensuring that essential household commodities were available to them at affordable prices during the festive season.
The initiative reflects the Trust’s continued commitment to social welfare and community service. Through such programmes, the Trust has been working to support economically weaker sections of society and contribute to their well-being.
The beneficiaries appreciated the initiative and expressed their gratitude to the Trust for providing essential commodities at subsidised rates during the Ganesh Festival.
